How long does an inspection take?
This depends on the property size, the number of test points, the condition of the installation and access. We can estimate the duration during the initial discussion.
Will the power need to be switched off?
Some tests require the power to be switched off. Please arrange the shutdown of sensitive equipment in advance and ensure access to distribution boards and test points.
What happens if an issue is found?
Any issues found are recorded in the documentation. Repairs and any follow-up inspection are agreed separately; the inspection itself does not include repairs.
What determines the inspection price?
